Last weekend of February at the allotment

A dry few days/weeks at the allotment has meant that I have been able to be up there every few days. Getting all of the small jobs done. The sunsets have been the icing on the cake!

Clearing the allotment for the year ahead

After three consecutive dry days my allotment is now clear of last years debris. The bonfires are complete, that collapsed fruit cage has been dismantled, the tunnel cleared and all posts fixed.

Onions, Shallots and Garlic bulbs

My onion and garlic bulbs are in. Red and white onions, banana shallots and garlic planted last week on a very wet day and they are now covered by show!
